Eating according to this formula will allow you to be well fed and healthy and to achieve a beautiful slim figure, although the result will have to wait several months (depending on your weight). Furthermore, this is one of the safest diets, it has practically no contraindications, it can be observed at any age and with any health condition (except allergies or diseases for which therapeutic diets are indicated). The advantage of this diet is that it is a no weight gain diet - after all, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a healthy, balanced diet; when your weight returns to normal, simply continue eating according to this formula and you will stay slim.

If we talk about diets without weight gain, then one cannot help but remember the Atkins diet and the Kremlin diet. These are not the simplest diets, but in their structure there are separate stages aimed at weight loss and its subsequent stabilization.
